For a good through the legs cross over you can't just jump into it. You have to take it step by step. What I started out doing is roll the ball through the leg and find the center. Then I would put my leg in a stance with your front leg bending a slight bit and your back leg as straight as you can. Then I would then I would try bouncing the ball at the center and then I would try catching the ball with your other hand. Next month I will add the behind the back step with the through the legs.
